Replacing the new collection with old zipped image from 0.4.0 and re-applying the patches cured the problem. Just used patch-kext from 0.4.2 and got a system not willing to boot any longer. B9->B10 and Micropatcher 0.4.0 -> 0.4.1/0.4.2 with the new versions of the kext files).
